Refund & Cancellation

Vasundhara Samruddhi Foundation (VSF) values every contribution made towards our environmental and social cause. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring that our field projects remain uninterrupted.

1. Donations

As a registered non-profit organization, all donations are utilized directly for tree plantation, maintenance, and community welfare projects. Therefore, donations are generally non-refundable once the transaction is successfully processed.

2. Technical Errors & Duplicate Payments

In the event of a technical glitch, such as a duplicate transaction or an incorrect amount entered due to a system error, we are happy to help. Please contact us at info@vsf.org.in within 7 working days with the transaction receipt for a resolution.

3. Cancellation

For one-time donations, cancellation is not possible once the payment is authorized. If you have set up a recurring contribution (if applicable), you may request a cancellation for future payments by emailing us 10 days prior to the next billing date.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by our financial board under exceptional circumstances, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
